Union House & Plantation
North Union, St. Vincent
The Hadley family has lived on the Union Plantation for six generations. The house sits on a point, two hundred feet above the sea, surrounded by two large beaches. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of space to enjoy long walks. The house nestles between old cedar, almond and frangipani trees. In the centre of the house is a large courtyard containing many lilly ponds with all rooms leading off of it. The outside is brought in with large louvre doors opening out from all rooms.
Sitting Room
The sitting room has a comfortable couch, armchairs and rocking chairs, ideal for reading a book and relaxing while looking out at gorgeous views of the sea and Windward coast of St. Vincent.
Dining Room
The dining room has a large dining table which can seat up to 14 guests. It opens out onto a terrace with large swimming pool, chairs, sunbeds and a coal-burning Barbeque.
Bedrooms
There are five bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom containing WC, bidet, wash basin, and a large shower. All the bedrooms have a queen size four-poster bed and plenty of cupboards and wardrobe space for clothes and open out onto a terrace with sea views.
TV / Entertainment Room
This room has two comfortable couches, armchairs, coffee table, 32" colour television, DVD player and internet connection. Cable TV is available with around 40 channels to choose from (US programming).
Tennis Court & Lookout PointYou can enjoy a game of tennis at any time of the day or take a walk out to the point which also has a BBQ and seating area to relax in while enjoying the magnificent views.
Rental Price
December - April.............................$5,750.00 (US) per week (inc. VAT)
(High Season)
May - November.............................$3,450.00 (US) per week (inc. VAT)
(Low Season)
Includes one full-time cook & daily maid (Mon-Sat) & one yard/pool man.
First meal included. Groceries are not provided.
50% deposit required on booking, 50% to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

Extras
Guided tour of Plantation - take a stroll down to the farm or ride with the Manager. You will see how Anthirium Lillies, orchids & Bananas are grown. Take a dip in the refreshing river or take a walk along coconut lined paths to the beach.
Boat trips to island beaches & other islands - take a day trip sailing around St. Vincent to other beaches or to small private coves, ideal for snorkelling. Or you can go further South to the other Grenadine islands such as Bequia or Mustique.
Guided tour of La Soufriere volcano - take a hike up to the top of the volcano, a sight not to be missed!
